Plastic Mesh Hatching Bag - YELLOW

Strong & Light Weight Mesh Hatching Bag for pedigree hatching in your incubator. Very stretchable, will hold one to a dozen or more eggs. Keeps chicks seperated after they hatch for marking purposes, to track in single mating breeding records. Can tie open end of bag closed with a simple knot, so bag can easily be reopened as many times as needed.

The best way I have found to use these in the GQF Sportsman incubator or hatchers (or similar models), is to use plastic tubs or water cups, place some textured paper in the bottom like paper towels or brooder liner paper (something not slick) and put the eggs in the container and the bag over the container and tie a loose knot in the open end of the bag. This gives more room for the chicks to move after hatching and is very easy to clean up after the hatch, and usually the bags are still clean and reusable.
