Most likely your vaccines will arrive warmer than refrigerated temperatures, even with cold packs in the package. If this is unacceptable for you, you can call your order in and ask for and pay for UPS Next Day Air shipping. This is expensive, but most likely your vaccines will arrive at least slightly cool, although we still can't guarantee they will be cold to the touch. We have never had any vaccines go bad during shipment (even shipped to Guam by Priority Mail) unless the shipment is delayed long past the normal delivery time (more than a week past normal delivery)....this is true in the summer as well as winter time.
Please do not confuse the refrigerated vaccines we sell with the type that must be frozen in liquid nitrogen, we do not sell any vaccines which are EXTREMELY temperature sensitive like the frozen type.
Again, most likely your vaccines will arrive warmer than refrigerated temperatures, even with cold packs in the package. If this is unacceptable for you, you can call your order in and ask for and pay for UPS Next Day Air shipping. There is little chance of the vaccines going bad during any method we normally ship, if we think there may be a problem with the method you chose taking too long, we will notify you before shipping them.
We will not give a refund for, or accept returns of, vaccines which arrived warm.
