He then studied at Kansas State University, obtaining a B. S. in Poultry Science (Cum Laude) in 1985, and was inducted into several university honor societies during his time at K-State and named outstanding senior in Poultry Science his last year at school. Starting out in Cedar Hill, Texas, we quickly moved the business to Cove, Arkansas in 1993. Ever since then, we have been working to not only expand our inventory, but improve our products.

For retail orders, products are normally shipped within one to two business days of placing an order, if this is not possible, we will contact you. In transit shipping times are from 1-5 business days for continental USA and 3-5 business days for most of the rest of USA with the possible exception of Guam & Saipan which average about 5-7 business days. Foreign orders using Express Mail take an average 7-10 business days.
Although we have no minimum order dollar amount, a $3.00 “Small Order Handling” fee is applied to any order which has a product total of under $25.00, this handling fee will automatically be added into the shipping charges at check out, the website does not show this as a separate fee even though it really is, so if you don’t want to pay this fee, order more than $25.00 worth of merchandise.
There is a minimum shipping charge for any and all orders of $8.00 NOT INCLUDING the "small order handling" fee if applicable. If the website does not calculate this minimum fee (mainly has to do with UPS Ground shipping) we will add the proper amount to the website calculated charges to get the minimum shipping charge of $8.00
Orders which are shipped within the 48 contiguous United States which select "Standard Shipping" have a shipping charge of $8.00, unless you order a product that says “+ freight” in the description. You must pick some other shipping method besides “Standard Shipping” when the item description is marked “+ freight”. If you order an item that is marked “+ freight” and choose “Standard Shipping”, we will not ship your order until we receive payment for the extra shipping charges. The “Standard Shipping” rate of $8.00 applies only if we are able to ship by the most economical method, which may be through the Post Office on small packages and more likely through UPS on larger or more valuable packages. So please, also include a physical address if you have a PO Box shipping address, please put the physical address in the comment section while checking out, if you are not sure how we will ship the order.
If you live outside the 48 contiguous United States, but within the USA and its territories, “Standard Shipping” is not available to you. Customers with addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Saipan, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, other US territories, and also APO, FPO or other military type addresses must choose either Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air. But, “UPS Ground” is now also available for some Hawaiian addresses and possibly some Alaskan addresses. “Priority Mail” shipping can sometimes be done with USPS “Flat Rate” shipping boxes, which can be more economical to use if your order weighs enough. This website is not capable of calculating whether your order will fit in flat rate boxes, but we do our best to use these boxes anytime it will save you or us shipping costs. If your order fits in a Flat Rate box and it will cause your shipping costs to be lower than what the website calculated, we will charge you the lower shipping costs on your debit or credit card or refund the difference in price to your PayPal account. But, we will not guarantee this to be an automatic service, although we will do our best to do so. So, if you need to know before placing the order what your actual shipping rate will be, email us with the items on the order or ask for a shipping quote be sent to you before processing the order in the comments section on the check out page. Debit and credit cards are authorized when you place the order on this website, but not actually charged to your card until we process the order, so we can easily charge your card for less than what the website calculates your total to be.
Foreign orders are shipped United States Postal Service Express Mail, we only ship to certain countries from the website. Your order will not be processed if you choose any other method of shipping than “International Express Mail” if you want your order shipped to a foreign country. If your country is not listed, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask if we can ship to your country and what the shipping rate will be for your order. We can also ship by Fed Ex or UPS International services if you so desire, but you must call or email your order to us if you require these shipping methods, but be warned, they are very expensive, usually two to three times the price of Express Mail.
There is a $3.00 “Vaccine Handling” fee for any order with vaccines. You must choose this handling fee to be added to your shopping cart. It is located on the website right next to the vaccines. If you do not choose this fee to be added to your shopping cart (one handling fee no matter how many vaccines you order), we will add the fee for you when we process your order if you pay with a debit or credit card. If you pay by PayPal and you do not select this “Vaccine Handling” when ordering vaccines, your order will not be shipped until you pay the fee. We will contact you to ask for payment of the fee by PayPal and wait until we receive it before shipping your order.
IN ORDER TO SPEED UP PROCESSING OF ORDERS RECEIVED ON THIS WEBSITE......IF YOU FAIL TO FOLLOW THE ABOVE INSTRUCTIONS CAUSING THE WEBSITE TO CALCULATE A LOWER SHIPPING AND/OR HANDLING CHARGE THAN WHAT IS APPLICABLE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD FOR THE CORRECT TOTAL AMOUNT OF YOUR ORDER WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU, AS LONG AS THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE IS NO MORE THAN 5% OF THE TOTAL OR $5.00 WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
